Makes one 10 ounce smoothie 1/2 cup frozen mango 1/2 cup pinapple 1/2 cup milk (we used Ripple which is dairy and nut free but still has protein) 2 tablespoons hemp or chia seeds (we used BetterBody Foods Super Seeds) Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
