“Mindfulness is a very simple concept and means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally.” – Jon Kabat-Zinn Never before has there been so much help available, yet more and more people are suffering from anxiety, depression and many other mental health problems. Many people will look to external factors in a bid to find some happiness, such as losing weight, a new job, a new partner, new haircut, cosmetic treatments etc. But this is just a short term fix that seldom results in contentment. A dietary supplement is simply a product that ‘supplements’ our diet and provides a specific nutrient or nutrients that may be absent or low in the food we eat. These supplements are usually available in a chewable tablet, pill, capsule, or liquid form and include vitamins, m ..read more

Furthering your career is only one of the benefits when learning holistic treatments There is so much to be said about holistic therapies, but the benefits to oneself of actually learning them are rarely discussed. Was it to make us shut up and put up with our situations in society? Or was there something deeper? Apart from the words of prayers, gratitude didn’t feel that real to me. How could it? I work as a General Practitioner and Trainer in my own Private Practice. I started the courses to better understand my patients treatment choices, but now I am seriously considering offering some alternative treatments!   I found you on Google. I cannot praise your ‘School’ enough as it has given me the opportunity to expedite my studies, which I am thoroughly enjoying. The subjects are very well presented and the system I find to be extremely convenient and well managed. Thank you very much for the opportunity to study with you and I hope to continue to expand my knowledge.   ..read more

In loving yourself, you don’t take away from the love you give to others, but create an environment where self-nurture enables you to flourish. I’m sure you are all familiar with that in-flight safety announcement that tells you to secure your oxygen mask first before helping ..read more
