SeeYouSpaceCowboy just announced a summer tour with The Callous Daoboys and Roman Candle on all dates, and select shows with Omerta and Blind Equation. They’ve now announced that Roman Candle have been pulled from the tour. “After hearing your concerns,” they write, “Roman Candle will no longer be on the tour. Artist and producer Sega Bodega released his third album, Dennis, today (4/26) via his new label ambient tweets; stream it below. He’s also announced a fall North American tour supporting it, beginning in Vancouver on September 28 and running through October. See all dates below. James Blake is bringing his CMYK party series to NYC at Knockdown Center on June 14. Named after an early EP, CMYK is “an all day all night multimodal massive celebration of the sounds of the underground with James Blake and more,” running 5-10PM in Knockdown Center’s The Ruins and then moving into the main hall from 10 PM to 5 AM. UK indiepop greats Heavenly will be here later this spring for their first NYC shows since the ’90s. Their two Market Hotel shows (5/31 & 6/1) are sold out but they’ve just added another show, this one is an all-ages matinee at Trans-Pecos on June 1. Aslo on the bill are Widowspeak, “pseudonymous secret guest” Franz Charcoal (Frankie Cosmos?), and DJ Kip Berman (The Pains of Being Pure at Heart).
