Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) is behind a new winning scheme with GAD that will deliver the Hangzhou Science and Technology Innovation Central Business District in China’s Zhejiang Province.  The master plan they envisioned calls for an almost 2.3-mile-wide regional hub for technology integrated with transit connections and resembling the characteristic landscape of the Jiangnan region.
