So my friend’s camera (android ) has been malfunctioning, can’t tell if it’s a malware or not cause factory resetting fixed it before connecting it to pc yet another factory reset couldn’t .
Will connecting my phone to pc with lightning-usb cable make it vulnerable to malware/viruses

Let's say I have a risky app open and I'm aware of it. I need to unlock my iPhone, but I don't want the app that I left open to be displayed when I unlock the phone. Is this possible?

Remember those older style phones in the early 2000s that had a sideways sliding keyboard? One example being the voyager cell phone. Well I’m looking for a case that gives the iPhone 15 just that. The closest thing I’ve seen is called Clicks but 1 they’re sold out, and 2 it’s a vertical keyboard that doesn’t slide away. I also assume blackberry will eventually sue them. Anyways I’ve only managed to find this concept or style of keyboard for older iPhone models and they’re all discontinued anyway. Does anyone have any idea if something like this even exists or where I could purchase one?

The iPhone 12 mini and 13 mini were discontinued 1 year earlier compared to their respective base model counterparts. However, the plus models of the iPhone 6 up to iPhone 8 were discontinued together with the regular ones. One reason that I can think of about the mini iPhones being discontinued earlier is that if they weren't, they would've cannibalized some sales of iPhone SE 2/SE 3.
Currently, the iPhone 14 Plus has the exact same price as the iPhone 15. If it will be included in Apple's lineup for late 2024-early 2025, there would be more plus-sized iPhones than usual including the Pro Ma ..read more

I’ve noticed it today, is there any way to get rid of this without opening the back of the phone? Does the dust just come and go? Or is it there forever?

After updating my iphone 11 to 17.4.1, I noticed that I couldn’t hear anyone in calls unless I turn on the speaker. It’s not a hardware issue I know. Anyone else having the same problem??

Has anyone ever had this before???
Last night I saw in App Store dozens of not updated apps because I turned off auto update. I decided to let them all update (it was over 50 but I had time) and didn’t think any of it. It should work just fine, right?
Suddenly my phone stops connecting to WiFi. Under settings, it said it was connected, but at the top of the screen it says mobile reception. Then, after all apps were successfully updated, certain apps couldn’t connect to the internet anymore. It wasn’t only the updated ones, it was also apps that weren’t affected by it. It is completely random ..read more
