Majestic, the UK’s largest specialist wine retailer, today revealed details of a brand new national TV campaign hitting screens this Christmas – aimed at turning their real life “staff into on-screen stars”. Majestic Wine’s board of directors will this September be taking on a cycling challenge which will take them from the company’s most southern store in England, Majestic Falmouth, to beyond Hadrian’s Wall right the way to Majestic Edinburgh. All 201 Majestic stores will be opening late this Monday, as staff are given an extra couple of hours to recoup after a busy, football filled month. Natalie Faulkner, who works in the Majestic Wine Stockport branch, was inspired to nominate the charity after her own brain tumour diagnosis. All of Majestic’s 200 stores and 1,300 staff will be part of this fundraising campaign, with a calendar of events, tastings and activities in support of the partnership. Every year, Majestic raise funds for a selected Charity of the Year partner across their stores, depot and Support Centre. Majestic has finished rebranding over 20 of their stores to bring them in-line with the company’s new direction.
