Feeling overwhelmed after my social life has exploded, need a solution

In the past 5 months I was diagnosed with AuDHD, and I made quite a few friends during that time as well. I have had less and less time to write my poetry and to do my hobbies or even watch tv or read. Every time that I try a new productivity app, I can never keep it up for more than three days and eventually forget about it. I am currently trying to balance the new friends (which comes with more text messages, and more plans to maintain the friendships, which I don’t mind at all), a possibly career change (trying to find how to work remote, possibly web designer so I need time to learn code ..read more

So for a while now after finally fixing my sleep schedule I've been sleeping at 9-10pm everyday and waking up at 6-7am with no alarm. One night in a family gathering, I ended up passing 10pm and went to bed around 11pm. No matter how hard I tried I couldn't sleep at all, it was 2am when I decided I was going to fix my sleep again by staying up until next night. I did that and like usual I collapsed around 9pm, now here's the issue. In the morning I ended up waking up at 10am it was to be expected. Later that night i did my night routine and like usual, I layed down at 8:45pm and surprise surp ..read more

I'm looking for a way to track reading progress for long books

I mean something that allows me to mark my progress and have it shown in a fun way . Not tracking the # of books read ( I use Goodreads) but something like a small square to mark for each page read without having to create a grid of 670 squares by hand . Some gamification is fine, like celebrating every 10th page or something. submitted by /u/rkaty [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

For the last year, I'm at that point that I can't do anything. I can't enjoy anything. Therapy and meds didn't help either. I'm severely depressed for the last 10 years or so. But there was some activities i liked, like playing Videogames or Chess. But that doesn't work now. submitted by /u/Akane23456 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I think when I am busy, it’s easier for me to do things and when I am not busy, it’s really hard to do anything. I have all this ambition to read books, start side hustles, etc. I can’t bring myself to finish anything I start. I thought maybe I have ADHD, so that’s on the table now. But I fundamentally believe that ADHD is a symptom of the fact that humans aren’t wired to operate in the society we’ve built. With that said, I’d still like to make money and benefit off of all the things that society has to offer. I’d really love to learn how to push past my attention deficiency/laziness/lack of ..read more

I have an admin team that I'm putting together but things are not organized well at the moment. I have been experimenting with Zoho Projects but it seems to be more than what we need. -I would like a daily reminders list that they can check off, that automatically reappears every day. - A shared to-do list -Option to add more in depth projects if needed submitted by /u/GSG96 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more
