A person could be seen lying on the ground outside at a park across the street from the Manhattan courthouse. GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) - A Greenville man accused of distributing child sexual abuse material has been arrested. 55-year-old Reginald Antonio Nance was charged with second degree exploitation of a minor. The South Carolina Attorney General's Office said a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children led investigators to Nance, who they said was distributing files of child sexual abuse material. MAULDIN, S.C. (WSPA) -- The City of Mauldin is looking to raise property taxes for the first time in years. City Council is proposing a six mill increase to the city's operating millage. That "would generate approximately $1,220,000 in revenue," according to the city.
