From today more options are open to UK travellers – including those flying by private jet charter – without the need to quarantine on return, following updates to the UK government’s traffic light system.

Earlier this month Dassault announced their most ambitious move yet in the ultra long range market, with the launch of the Falcon 10X. As they did a few months’ ago for the 6X launch, they made the announcement via a virtual launch on their YouTube channel.

With news last week that UK travellers can now travel for non-essential reasons from May 17th, we’ve seen a surge of interest for private flights to green destinations, and an increase in demand in general. In fact there’s been a clear step up in travel confidence from clients based in many parts of Europe over the past few days.

After a relatively quiet year for new private jet models, we were excited to see Dassault’s launch of the Falcon 6X in December. And this has now been followed by its maiden flight this month.
