In a move that few would might have seen coming, 2018 (and… uh reigning) World Champion Davide Ongaro has graduated a step up and will be racing with a full factory O.S. deal in 2021 and beyond. Shimazaki san from O.S. had this to say, “We hope to show great performance of our products in the coming season together with him.”

More than 100 racers attended the Labor Day Challenge that was held at the Clark rc Park in Reeseville, Wisconsin. After three rounds of qualifying Cole Tollard (Team Associated/Reedy/JConcepts) set the overall TQ in the Nitro Buggy class. More than 153 racers attended the 13th Annual Pro-Line Surf City Classic that was held at OCRC Raceway in Huntington Beach, California. The Mod 2WD Buggy class was TQed and won by Broc Champlin (Team Associated/Reedy/ JConcepts). Aydin Horne (Team Associated/Reedy/Pro-Line Racing) came in second and Spencer Rivkin (Team Associated/Hobbywing/ JConcepts) rounded out the top 3 result.

The Tiltyard Sunday Club race was held in Dayton, Virginia over the weekend. Brennan Schimmel (Kyosho/REDS Racing/AKA) brought home the win in the 30-minute Nitro Buggy final from Ethan MacKanick (XRAY/FX Engines/Pro-Line Racing) in 2nd and Paul Ciccarello (XRAY/Picco/Hobbywing/Motiv/AKA) in 3rd.

The 2020 Harvest Cup was held at RJD Hobbies track in Lincoln, Illinois. The track was really fun however it got super bumpy. The ECN race was held in Salzgitter, Germany over the weekend. On Saturday, heavy rains made it impossible to drive, however on Sunday the sun came back and the race could be held. The E-buggy class was won by Burak Kilic (Mugen Seiki/Hobbywing/Gens Ace/Procircuit) in front of his brother Berkan Kilic (Mugen Seiki/Hobbywing/Gens Ace/Procircuit) in second while Frank Grieger (Mugen Seiki) rounded out the top 3 result.

The Mackay RC Mad hosted their race in Bakers Creek, Australia. After all the qualifying complete, Caleb Noble (Mugen Seiki/REDS Racing) TQed all 5 rounds to start P1 in both the Nitro Buggy and E-buggy classes. C.Noble took a clean start to cruise away to secure a 2 lap lead over Antony Gaunt in second to take the win. Jordan Van came in third.
