I recently invested in an air-fryer in preparation for my upcoming 3rd cookbook, and I have fallen absolutely in love with it! Not only is it so quick to use and to clean, I am just obsessed with how crispy it makes my veggies. This recipe for crispy, air-fried spiced cauliflower has become a favourite in our household, I hope you love it as much as we do.

This Singaporean Laksa is one of my favourite recipes from my 2nd cookbook, The Global Vegan. Laksa is a creamy South East Asian noodle soup with origins in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia, but you will often find it on Thai menus as well.
