Russia has implemented a new curriculum in all schools in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, which will introduce a course on operating unmanned aerial vehicles and drones starting from the first day of the new education year, on 1 September 2024. Russia launched missile attacks on multiple Ukrainian railway facilities, resulting in at least three deaths and dozens of injuries. In yet another cruel attack on civilian infrastructure, Russian forces fired a missile that struck the railway station in the town of Balakliya in Kharkiv Oblast on Tuesday, wounding 10 civilian people. The strike occurred in the late afternoon as an electric commuter train was stopped at the Balakliya station, according to Oleh Syniehubov, head of Kharkiv region military administration.
