Global warming has made Arizonans the poster people of climate change. Normally the months of July and August bring lots of rain amidst the weeks of 110 plus heat via the Monsoons. But this year it's hotter and so far no rain and it's almost August. The new name? Nonsoon. submitted by /u/jacknaz100 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

I need help and I am not sure the best way to solve re Google ads problem. Problem our ads our running in Google SERPs, but they won't display "Trade Name" Google will only display the URL as the brand Backstory (I am anonymizing the information) we run a company called "Trade Name" this company is a trade name of "Larger Company, LLC" in our website privacy policy, we refer to ourselves as "Larger Company, LLC dba Trade Name" when we have reached out to Google to resolve, they tell us our verified name is "Larger Company, LLC dba Trade Name" they won't provide details on how to let us use ..read more

Hello, I don't have any website, just curious to understand whether it would be possible to put a system together that the only objective would be to use Google (or Facebook etc.) ads campaign that would return just enough profit to cover the expenses on the ads. Any idea on this great and promising business plan? Thank you! submitted by /u/zona-curator [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Good Google Ads consent Mode partner that has a smaller banner for mobile devices, geolocation targeting, and has a reasonable low price?

Hi. My understanding is that the trend is for consent banners, and that this trend will only grow outside the EU (even Australia may mandate it sometime down the road?). I am looking for a Consent Mode approved Partner (I guess one of the approved partners at https://cmppartnerprogram.withgoogle.com/), that offers the following, in order of highest priority to lowest priority: 1 - Highest Priority: A consent banner that is smaller on mobile so the user can at least see more of my landing page and hero image. The Cookiebot banner totally blocks out your entire landing page and that's annoying ..read more

Unable To Exclude Age Ranges On Broad Campaign

Hi, I'm trying to run a video campaign to a broad audience 30+. It's a lead objective with a target cpa set off the bat (as this account has over 35k conversions already recorded). I just need to exclude the 18-24's and the next one into the 30's but, when I go into the ad group and check the age ranges, then try and add them as exclusions, it says they are not added. The reason why is not obvious and it's wildly frustrating when it used to be so easy. So any help would be appreciated! submitted by /u/NFT_Jesus [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Best bid strategy for smaller budgets

I tend to work with really small budgets (one of them is only about 6 quid a day, another one is about 25.) I was wondering what the advice would be in terms of bid strategy? Is it best to set a low max bid and target lower cost keywords, focusing on clicks? And could some of these cheaper clicks potentially generate leads? Or should I target more expensive terms and spend an entire day's budget on one click and hope for conversions that way? Thanks in advance for the help! submitted by /u/JAGcomms2020 [visit reddit] [comments ..read more

Am I Being Unreasonable? (Google Didn't Start Running My Campaign Until a Month Later)

I am hobbyist in Google Ads. I run some periodically to support my hobby websites. I tried to run an ad around March 15 to support a March Madness tool I had created. A message came back that it was limited or denied then no ads ran and I wasn't billed. Then, as I now find out, they started running it a month later charging me 50 bucks a day. I thought it had been denied since it was not running and forgot about it. My bad for not being observant of my business credit card statement (it did seem a little high), I did run some youtube promotion ads which were valid but never had to log into Go ..read more

Pmax vs Shopping campaigns

Hey everyone! I have a question about Pmax and Shopping campaigns, and their "relationship": In my accounts, I am running Search and Pmax campaigns. With a script, I saw that Pmax is only spending a fraction of total cost into Shopping, and a lot of Cost goes into Search and Display. I had experience before that, when launching a Shopping campaign in an account that has Pmax campaigns active, Shopping would never kick-off. Do you guys have the same experience, and a recommendation how to channel my budget directly into Shopping? Maybe using different bidding strategy or something? Thanks! su ..read more

Hi everyone, I want to see if I can get some advice to see if I can reduce our CPC. We are a 4x4 hire company and we have a branch in Mount Isa QLD a major mining town in outback Australia. The target area has around 50-100 thousand people. The keyword 4wd hire mount isa is getting us clicks but wildly variable CPC, some days it's 80 cents, other days it is $63! We have Responsive Search Ads running. The Quality Score for this keyword is 10/10, we have Search Impression Share of 97.83% Month to date the ad has 222 Impressions and 23 clicks so great CTR. Do you think this is a case of a highly ..read more
