More than a dozen women got into a huge brawl on a flight to Brazil, screaming and slapping each other in front of bewildered passengers, and the situation quickly spiralled out of control. In an apparent reference to the Adani group, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on Monday said “that unusual price movement in the stocks of a business conglomerate” has been observed during the past week and that it is committed to ensuring market integrity.
A SEBI press release said that the Indian financial market as represented by Sensex and Nifty has demonstrated ongoing stability and is continuing to function in a transparent, fair and efficient manner. SEBI said on a longer-term basis also, Indian markets have been viewed positively by investors.

On Saturday, February 4, former Olympic track and field athlete PT Usha alleged that illegal encroachment and construction have been taking place on the land allotted to her Usha School of Athletics in Balussery, Kerala. Odisha Leader of Opposition (LoP) and senior BJP leader Jayanarayan Mishra gave up his personal security officer (PSO) on Saturday, claiming he has lost faith in the Odisha police in the wake of the murder of Odisha minister Naba Kishor Das in presence of security personnel.

A video of former interior minister of Pakistan Sheikh Rasheed claiming that he can’t pass urine and has a prostate problem is going viral on the internet.
In the video, Rasheed says that he finds it difficult to pass urine after a medical team was sent to collect his urine sample following his remarks against former President Asif Ali Zardari. Police believed that Rasheed was in an ‘intoxicated’ state when they had apprehended him earlier this week.

On January 27, 2023, a young man named Ankit, who went to buy vegetables, was stabbed to death by a radical Muslim mob in Basdila village of Gopalganj, Bihar.
