It’s no secret that my health issues these past few years have taken a toll on our everyday life. Before my strokes, I was decently active and enjoyed working out at home and occasionally at the gym. However, for the past two years, I have barely lifted anything over ten pounds and had minimal activity to allow my neck to heal.
