Paul- I am sure you were afraid of the financial risk of the sector at the time and the fact that UIHC got absolutely pummeled down to 30 cents at the low. However, in that 8-K dated Dec 2022 mentioned the Florida commission bailed out their private lines with little recourse back to Coastal and kept Coastal insurance intact which I assumed would let it continue as a going concern.
