I can't beleive I'm asking but....has anyone tried the new scents from Penhaligon's? They have a new erseries called Portraits that seems to be centered on scents named after fictional characters. I never see any of these on shaving forums. Don't Know anything about this one. No name . I've been looking for one like I had back in the 60s and 70s. This is one that I acquired off the bay and it does a pretty good job. I finished a few razors with it and they shaved pretty good. I have several stones and of course my favorite is the Suehiro 20K but I expected it to be. It cost me 200. This one was quite a bit less. i Just got a TRUSTEEL razor and it has U.S.M.C. stamped on the tang just like the Clauss razors has anyone else ever seen one of these razors? When I first saw it I thought it was a Clauss. But after further inspection it is stamped TRUSTEEL. I can't find much on TRUSTEEL razors. Hi. I have some minor damage to my strop from a rough razor spine. The rough edge was on the spine near the stabilizers and scraped the strop. As depicted in the photo you can see where the color on the edge has been scrapped away near the bottom right. A similar spot is in the top of the strip opposite side.
