Since 2019, Farmhouse Paint Bar & Hall (4511 S. 6th St., 414-404-5858) has played host to Frida Fest MKE. The event serves as “an annual celebration of the Mexican artist Frida Kahlo,” whose surrealist, feminist, and socially-centered works have inspired artists for decades.
