Manchester United have reportedly sent scouts to watch Brighton and Hove Albion’s Kaoru Mitoma in action.
According to The Sun, the Red Devils have outlined the Japanese starlet as a potential addition in the summer transfer window.
Mitoma joined the Seagulls in 2021 for a fee of just £2.7 million. He then spent a season on loan in Belgium with Union Saint-Gillosie.
After returning to England, he made his Brighton debut last August under Graham Potter and went on to kickstart his season under current manager Roberto De Zerbi. The 25-year-old now has nine goals and six assists in all compe ..read more

Sir Jim Ratcliffe has spoken out on his interest and involvement in the bidding process for the takeover of Manchester United.
The Englishman lodged a bid of a reported £4.3 billion last month, falling short of Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani’s £4.5 billion offer, though neither of which met the Glazers’ £6 billion valuation.
Consequently, all interested parties, including those that have not gone public, have been asked by the Raine Group to submit revised offers in the coming days.
Last week was pivotal to the sale process, as both the public bidders met with the club to discuss the next st ..read more

Newcastle United are lining up a move for Manchester United’s Scott McTominay.
That is according to The Telegraph, which confirms that Eddie Howe has outlined the Scotland international as a perfect fit for his project at St. James’ Park.
Howe will seemingly capitalise on the fact that McTominay has fallen out of favour under Erik ten Hag in a bid to prise him away from Old Trafford, where he has spent all his senior career.

Tottenham Hotspur have outlined the minimum fee they would accept for Harry Kane amid interest from Manchester United.
According to Times Sport, Spurs will demand £100 million in one up-front payment to see their star striker leave for the Red Devils.
It’s believed that the London club have set Kane’s price tag so high to try and deter their fellow Premier League rivals from signing him this summer, as clubs often tend to pay transfer fees in instalments. In 2021, they rejected a £75 million bid for the forward from Manchester City.
The report suggests that Kane is keen on staying in England d ..read more

According to Football Insider, Erik ten Hag is ready to say goodbye to Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof at the end of the season.
The manager is eyeing a move for a new central defender but may wait until he has seen the back of the pair, who have fallen out of favour this season.
Maguire has started just 12 matches in all competitions and five of which came in the Premier League. He is currently club captain, though the armband is more regularly donned by Bruno Fernandes in the 30-year-old’s absence.

The centre-back has fallen out of favour since Erik ten Hag took over the Red Devils last summer and consequently has been rumoured to exit the club at the end of the season.
The arrival of Lisandro Martinez and his partnership with four-time Champions League winner Raphael Varane has kept Maguire out of the fold, with Ten Hag granting him just 12 starts all season – only five of which came in the Premier League.

Marco Silva wasn’t happy at full-time after his Fulham side were knocked out of the FA Cup. Referee Chris Kavanagh was at the centre of a meltdown in the second half after he sent off two Fulham players as well as their manager.
It would be fair to say Fulham were the better side right up until their meltdown. They held a 1-0 lead and Manchester United are beginning to look very tired all of a sudden.
Then, over 40-seconds, Silva, Willian and Aleksander Mitrovic were sent off following the decision to award United a penalty.
Willian was sent for an early shower for his handball on the line to ..read more
