You may have heard the Governor of California (you know the one who wants to be President of the United States) got into a little quarrel with a cashier at a Target store. Newsom spotted someone leaving the store without paying for an item. By his own account he asked the clerk why no one was doing anything. You have probably seen a cop show where there is a company owned by an entity that is owned by another entity to hide the real owners.
