I have had this car for a little over 6 months and its had its fair share of problems but I've been able to fix all of them on my own up until now. I was driving at about 75 MPH when my throttle response went dead, the car did not die, but it would not go. This has happened a couple of times before but at low speed 14-25 MPH but the check engine light has never came on and I didnt have to pull over and turn off the car and restart. So during a heavy rain and needing to be at work I flooded my Engine. I own a Dodge Charger SXT Plus 2018. I was able to find an engine from a salvage Dodge Challenger 2019 and did an engine swap. The engine is in good condition but what I've noticed now is during slow acceleration, I stay at 2nd gear a bit too long before going to 3rd gear. All other shifts happen between 2k-2.5k rpm but the 2nd gear during slow acceleration shifts only at 4k rpm. The shifting is smooth, just delayed. And... Problems after Engine Swap ..read more

Started the charger up and noticed more rumbling than usual, went down the block and then check engine light popped up. It read P0307 Cylinder #7 Misfire. I swapped the ignition coils from clyinder #7 for the ones from cylinder #5 and replaced the two spark plugs for cylinder #7 entirely. Still have the misfire on cylinder #7. I tested the resistance of all of the fuel injectors and all came back the exact same ohms. Cylinder #7 fuel injector appears to be working fine.
