I think we're all aware that lots of people have redirected their anger at Plague DK toward Reno Warrior now, but I think many people who hate these decks cannot articulate exactly why they bother them so much, and I think it's worth trying to parse out what's happening here.
I think the first thing to acknowledge is that neither Plague DK pre-patch nor Reno Warrior post-patch are the best decks in their meta; heck, Plague DK was barely tier 3 before the patch, and yet people still hated it. Started casually playing in 2014, made legend a few times, but it was a grind to get all the 1k wins special avatar skins for each type. Learned a lot about playing different styles of decks though.

Brann simply gives too much value. Once he's dropped you get outvalued and it's a slow painful death. Warrior looks like a fantastic deck to play but it simply outmatches every control deck in the game. In Diamond 5 and above I'm just running intro control warriors now and i've simply hit the wall where I can't progress anymore.

I've been playing this game since BRM's release, and trying to become a Legend always seemed too draining. For 9 years, I sometimes played the game too much, and sometimes I didn't play it at all for a few months. I've wanted to try Legend a few times before, but after Diamond 5 it did nothing but annoy me. This week, I finally managed to control my nerves and made it to Legend, thanks to a lot of free time.
