DC Studios is moving forward with a planned SUPERGIRL movie and Deadline reports director Craig Gillespie is now in talks to take the reins.  Deadline writes: "'Cruella and I, Tonya' filmmaker Craig Gillespie is in talks to direct Supergirl for Warner Bros’ DC Studios, we can tell you first. Over on Threads, writer and director James Gunn issued an update on season 2 of PEACEMAKER. In a nutshell, Gunn confirmed the second season does in fact begin filming this summer and will partially start filming during the same time SUPERMAN will be filming.
