I have been struggling with my body weight since I was 35, and I’m now 60. I know that not all listeners are familiar with the kilogram as unit of measurement, but we can use the BMI (Body Mass Index) formula to discuss this. It should be somewhere between 22 and 25 and mine has been 33 for a long time. A very long time. No matter what I tried. Yes, I tried some diets but they only work if you keep doing them.
