Later this week, Anel and I are heading on our first European vacation since having kids. This is wild to me because we used to be big travelers and then life kind of just… happened. Things have been moving a mile a minute over here! Between book tour events, end-of-the-school-year events, travel, and a very exciting upcoming project I’m working on, I feel like I haven’t had 5 minutes to catch a breath. Happy Friday! I am starting to really feel intense emotions over my book launch which is four days from today. Next Tuesday, the world will see it and while I’m so excited to share it, it feels almost like letting your kid go out into the real world for the first time. I crave chicken lettuce wraps anytime I pass a PF Changs and always think I will perfect my recipe. Well, my friends, the time has finally come. The other night I nailed them! These lettuce wraps are bursting with flavor and couldn’t be easier to make. If you don’t love ginger, skip it when cooking the chicken because it’s also in the sauce, but I love the punch of flavor it adds. For some heat, add red pepper flakes! Happy Friday! This week was very busy and exciting! I debuted my new limited edition collaboration with Chappywrap, the “Garden Grown” blanket, to celebrate my book dropping next month.
