Be prepared to be stopped in your tracks by this list of bizarre products on Amazon that you probably didn’t even know existed — but will want immediately. Since they’re super clever and practical, you’ll wonder how you’ve lived without them up until now (at under $30 each, you no longer have to).
Plus, a few make for great gag gifts that are surprisingly useful, too. Think a toilet brush cleaner that looks like a cherry and cozy chenille slippers that double as dusters. How gloriously bizarre, indeed.

Maintaining a healthy relationship with in-laws can be a challenge. Most women know this. An in-law relationship can be especially draining when one side of the relationship (I think we both know which side) is unwilling to bend or compromise to make things amicable for all involved. Things can get even messier and more tense once grandchildren are involved.
Why is it that in almost every single circumstance of in-law woes, it’s a daughter-in-law dealing with her mother-in-law? Why are women the ones constantly struggling with an overbearing or demanding mot ..read more

This week, Felicity Huffman spoke to ABC Eyewitness News in her first interview since she was involved in a college admissions scandal that sent her to jail.
While the Oscar-nominated Desperate Housewives star has admitted to her wrongdoing — she pleaded guilt to paying $15,000 to get her daughter’s SAT scores inflated in 2019 — she was quick to explain that she was simply doing what she had to for her kid when speaking publicly for the first time.
“It felt like I had to give my daughter a chance at a future,” she said during the interview. “And so it was so ..read more

‘Tis the season for cuddling up on the couch with some wine or hot cocoa and binge-watching so many holiday movies. Some of the campiest and best Christmas movies are from Hallmark and Lifetime, with their trope-y plots where a small town girl meets a big city guy and they fall in love while trying to save the town’s 100-year-old Christmas tree farm.
However, this year, Lifetime has a step up on the competition by announcing the first-ever sex scene in one of their holiday films.
As part of 12 new movies featured in this season’s “It’s a Wonderful Lifetime” lineup, a holiday ..read more

Remember trying out for the school play? You probably wanted to be the lead. Or maybe you wanted to play your favorite non-lead character. Either way, not getting your desired part or a lead role in the play might have crushed you. So, when TikTok mom Harley Walton shared a video of her son Milo revealing he got cast in the definitively *not* starring role of Door Holder #3 in his school's nativity play, you may have thought the little boy was headed for a meltdown. Instead, the mother and son duo are going viral for their reactions to the casting news.

You don’t need us to tell you that Christmas ain’t cheap. Between your kids’ wish lists, the white elephant gift exchange at work, and Secret Santa, the credit card bills can start to pile up. While implementing a price maximum for organized gift exchanges can put a restriction on what you can and can’t buy, it can also help ground you during the gift-buying process.
Take a white elephant exchange, for example. You don’t know who will end up with your gift, so you need something gender-neutral that can appeal to all age groups and interests. Additionally, you don’t want to break the bank on a ..read more

Holiday music has existed for hundreds and hundreds of years, from ancient hymns sang by devoted believers to BTS singing “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town.” Some of it is moving. Some of it is terrible. Actually, a lot of it is terrible, and if I have to hear “Little Drummer Boy” one more time, I’m going to just cancel Christmas.
But there’s this one type of holiday music I can’t get enough of: basically any Christmas song that dropped in the 1990s. Let me set the scene: the elder millennials are old enough to understand and enjoy Christmas fully, but also young enough to still sort of believe ..read more

There’s just something about gifts from grandparents, especially at the holidays. If your kids are lucky, their grandparents want to give them something they really want, even (and perhaps especially) if you don’t want to be the one to get it for them. Grandparents, after all, get to enjoy the fun of not having to say "no."
But there's a real art to the grandparent gift. The best ones are useful, special, and something a kid's parents aren't already getting them — but not something their parents will be furious about, either. So whether you're a grandparent or a parent looking for recomm ..read more
