Sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m currently reading Under the Red Hood and there’s a panel early on that I’m seeking come clarification on. It reads “And death has visited this house … again.”
But I’m not sure whose death is being referenced. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Like, do Jason and Tim see each other as brothers? What about the boys with Cass?
I often see people say that Stephanie is one of Bruce's kids (not by actual adoption or fostering but in sentiment), but that's never settled with me. Their bond isn't really paternal. Some say Jason or Damian are like brothers to Stephanie too, but I don't know if I'd go that far. Stephanie to me is like Barbara: friendly but not familial with anyone. She's Tim's (ex-)girlfriend, Cass's best friend, friend of Damian, etc but none of that is necessarily familial.
