It was deep clean day and I spent a lot of time getting everything very clean. Yesterday was another sunny day with a high of 14.7C. This morning it is partly cloudy and -2C. It is to be sunny with a high of 7C. Lifestyle I did yoga yesterday morning and worked at stretching both sides. There is some stiffness in the pelvic floor that is starting to improve with the stretches. There was a couple of cracks which was good. Less pain was also welcomed.  The next job was to start laundry and I got all the bedding done.  Yesterday was sunny with a high of 12.4C. This morning it is cloudy and -2C. Today is suppose to be a mix of sun and cloud with a high of 14C.  Lifestyle I did yoga yesterday morning and focused on stretching both sides equally. I found that it helped a lot as a couple of the exercises on the left side actually helped the right side. There was a bit of cracking but not as much as I had thought.  Yesterday was one very sunny day. The high got to 9.1C. This morning it is clear and -3C. Today is to be sunny with a high of 13C. Lifestyle I was a wreck yesterday. I was so sore when I left for osteopathy, I wasn't sure if the therapist could fix me. She worked on me and got me 50+% better. I could walk without it hurting.  The right SI joint is not seated properly. The muscles around it were tight and hard to relax. We are to have more clouds and some drizzle today with a high of 10C.  Lifestyle I spent a bit of time first thing taking out all the garbage.  Yesterday was warm, wet, and windy. It rained quite a lot in the evening and the temperature rose to 15.8C. This morning it is cloudy and 12C. Today we may have periods of rain and a high of 16C.  Lifestyle I did yoga yesterday and it was somewhat easier to do. My SI joints were still sore and I had hoped they would relax and crack while stretching but to no avail.
