Scary Things in Dark Forests
Ghost Hunting Theories

What is it that we fear in dark forests? Perhaps, it's just the secrets they keep. Let's see which of these you'd dare to encounter.... Spooklights Spooklights are an unexplained phenomena in woods and no one yet has really pinpointed the source with any absolute answer. The Brown Mountain lights in North Carolina are one of many famous lights including Marfa Texas and Hornet Spooklight in Missouri.  These lights interestingly are seen randomly in woods all over the world including the terrifying Hoia Baciu in Romania. They are tied to legends of railroad men w ..read more

Expedition Bigfoot: Season 6 Episode 11 "Did You Hear That?"
Ghost Hunting Theories
by Sharon Day

Tonight on "Expedition Bigfoot" on Discovery Channel, Mireya and Biko use some high tech methods to chase down an intruder. Bryce makes a startling discovery. This is the only BF show that I watch. The weekend hollerers and tree knockers that invade space for 48 hours just don't move me. Actually, they kinda piss me off. Enjoy a better method that involves embedding for periods of time, narrowing the field, and no staged shenanigans.  Thanks team!  ..read more

Quantum Research and the Paranormal
Ghost Hunting Theories

Quantum. The search is on for the smallest common denominator in the universe. It makes me ponder - When The Plague was upon humans, we didn't know what was killing our people. Was it lack of faith? Born on a bad day? Ate too much lamb? Eventually, a microscope was designed to find a world on a microbial level. Bacteria was seen. Something so tiny our eyes couldn't detect it, yet it could take us down. In the search for the quantum realm and how it works, we may find the single element that unifies everything, causing effects we don't understand and yet can build or destroy o ..read more

Expedition Bigfoot Season 5 Episode 10 "Warning Signs"
Ghost Hunting Theories
by Sharon Day

Last week's episode was awesome. I enjoyed the location in Washington and the concept of a gathering area. This is something I've run into a lot in Bigfoot research. The clans often claim a watershed and near springtime, they meet up at a convergence of the watersheds to meet others for youths to mate up.  Biko, the bushcraft expert, was a fantastic addition! Bravo. We don't need more techno-nerds. We need fearless woodsmen. Tonight's episode (10 pm EST - Discovery Channel) is called "Warning Signs." This episode, Russell follows a trail of warning signs deep into the backcountr ..read more

Review of Season 4 "Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch"
Ghost Hunting Theories
by Sharon Day

It was a satisfying season of "Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch" on Discovery Channel. There were a new addition to the team this season, Josh Feldman (treasure hunter) and three happy re-additions (Eric Drummond/geologist, James Keenan/ancient civilizations expert, and Ryan Skinner/researcher).  What became quite apparent this year was the Aztec connection. It is believed the Aztecs had their origins in Utah, headed south into Mexico, establishing themselves in the abandoned Teotihuacan city and other areas. When the Spanish arrived and sought all their gold, Montezuma sent this men ..read more

Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch, Season 4 Episode 8 "Underwater Kingdom"
Ghost Hunting Theories

Season ender? Oh my! Tonight's episode on Discovery Channel is called "Underwater Kingdom." The team may be able to access the keyhole chamber from an underwater entrance in a lake. Chad thankfully trains with a Florida team to dive caves. When he does this crazy underwater trek, he makes an amazing discovery! I am so very excited for the team. I just love these guys and that they fight so hard to make this find and understand what they have under the earth there on the ranch. They risk much. They go against odds. They fight the land's secret barriers. It's not even about a treasure or a f ..read more

Microwave Signals - Crop Circles and Skinwalker Ranch
Ghost Hunting Theories
by Sharon Day
1M ago
Sometimes in research, I run across different unusual cases that have similarities to each other. When reviewing Thomas Winterton's injury on Skinwalker  Ranch, I couldn't help noticing that it appeared he developed a node. This can come from high intense heat causing a separation of skull from meninges. That made me think of the microwave-induced node changes in wheat found in genuine crop circles. Did you know that the human brain contains magnetite? This is a mineral, an iron ore that is ferrous (magnetic).  How does such a thing come about? Researchers believe it h ..read more
