Critical Marxist educator Michael Apple is one of the most significant critical (Marxist) educational leaders in transforming education in America to being thoroughly Marxist from K-12 and all college levels. In the following extensive quote, he lays out his plan, which I think summarizes the Critical Marxist approach to transform education so that all practices…

According to God’s wisdom, Paul knew all Christians are unified and of Christ. Yet, the Corinthians are thinking according to human wisdom, which causes division (1 Cor 1:9–13). Paul answered their carnality with the wisdom of God, saying, For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel, not in cleverness of…

Regardless if people, particularly Christians, are adopting critical race theory (CRT) while seeking to maintain their distance from and disdain for Marxism, the founders and leaders of CRT have made that disassociation impossible. They do this by explicit and implicit statements, promoting the same values as Marxists, whom they credit as the sources of their…

Article VI of the Baptist Faith and Message (BFM) says, “Its two scriptural offices are that of pastor/elder/overseer and deacon. While both men and women are gifted for service in the church, the office of pastor/elder/overseer is limited to men as qualified by Scripture.” Despite the BFM’s accurate reflection of Scripture in simple clarity that is easily understood, many in the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) have sought to limit the language to senior pastors only and not others, particularly women, with the title of pastor.
Despite the clarity of the BFM, the number of females with the t ..read more

Dr. Jeff Childress interviewed Dr. David Allen, and their discussion reveals what makes David the best candidate for SBC President. David’s replies in this podcast clearly explain why I support him. I encourage you to listen and hear the responses in his own words. By watching this podcast, you will vividly witness his immense knowledge and understanding of the history, present needs, and the path the SBC needs to take to serve Christ in this pivotal moment.
You will see that David is a humble man who addresses others with grace and truth, even those he may disagree with. He is right on target ..read more

The Baptist Faith and Message (BFM) says of the pastor’s office, “The office of pastor is limited to men as qualified by Scripture.”[1] The meaning of the term pastor in the 2000 BFM is not in question, though some try to make it unclear. However, three of those who served on the 2000 BFM committee clearly understood what the word “pastor” meant to those who worked on the statement. “Drs. Albert Mohler, Chuck Kelley, and Richard Land released a statement clarifying that when they wrote “pastor” 22 years earlier to address the handful of SBC women who had begun to claim that title, they’d meant ..read more

Few people get into unmanageable debt because they cannot add or subtract, which demonstrates financial indebtedness is more than an economic problem. Below are five spiritual sins that can lead a person into the sin of unmanageable debt. Recognition and avoidance of these serve as a formidable protection against unmanageable debt. Rectifying them also serves as a path out of financial bondage.
Greed – wanting more than God has provided you. “But immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints; for this you know with certainty, that no immoral or ..read more

While the Bible does not use the terms capitalism or socialism, I believe it strongly favors capitalism. Clearly, the Bible does not sanction everything that goes on under the name of capitalism. But the Bible does seem to present a relational and economic system that more closely resembles capitalism than socialism and Marxism. Scripture emphasizes giving from one’s earnings, hard work correlates to income, dealing with others in financial honesty, personal responsibility, voluntarily caring for the needy, and sharing, which all, at least, imply ownership. We are also commanded not to steal o ..read more

John 10:16
I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd.
John 10:25–29
25 Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe; the works that I do in My Father’s name, these testify of Me.
26 “But you do not believe because you are not of My sheep.
27 “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me;
28 and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand.
29 “My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and n ..read more

John Piper says of the two calls,
Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 1:23–24, “We preach Christ crucified, a stumbling block to Jews and folly to Gentiles, but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.” Notice the two kinds of “calls” implied in this text.
First, the preaching of Paul goes out to all, both Jews and Greeks. This is a general call of the gospel. It offers salvation impartially and indiscriminately to all. Whoever will believe on the crucified Christ will have him as Savior and Lord. But often, this general call to everyone ..read more
