In the second episode of Glover’s Gilga radio, the musician previewed some unreleased Childish Gambino tunes, including a collaboration with Kanye West. The rapper-producer took to IG live (which is also where the first episode of Gilga Radio initially aired) and played a full length version of an unexpected verse from Ye over a high energy, percussion heavy beat. If this wasn’t enough, the beat switches to a Kanye-esque sonic bed for the second half, heavily reminiscent of his trademark production style featuring high pitched vocal samples. Until now, Ye’s only input on the current Kendrick Lamar vs. Drake feud has been that he washed Kendrick on ‘No More Parties In LA’ and washed Drake at their Free Larry Hoover concert a couple of years ago.
