We all have experienced those unfortunate events when one of your loved ones had to make a visit to the ER (Emergency Room). Sometimes they are small health issues, and some times they require extra care. Regardless of the hospital stay, it is always nice to have a way to document those moments, and the new Happy Healing collection is just perfect for it. I am so glad that I had the collection at hand to document my young cousins appendectomy emergency surgery. I started with the On The Mend paper for the background on the page. Then added two left over pieces from the Happy Healing paper to ..read more

In our town we have a few groups that help out families in the area when someone is sick or recovering from an injury.  They help with meals, sometimes with gift cards to favorite restaurants, local cleaning service, grocery delivery and the like.  I thought it would be fun to put together a little get well gift card holder for all the items gathered.  This would also be a great get well gift to a friend after surgery or illness.  Happy Healing is the perfect collection to use for this, take a peek... The front of my gift card holder is a shaker, made to look like the lit ..read more

Hey crafty friends!  This is Conny, and I'm here to share my latest project using Happy Healing.  Today, I'm going to show you how to create a 7.5" x 4" chipboard album and bind it using binding wire with the help of my Cinch tool. To start, I cut two chipboard pieces measuring 7.5" x 4". Then, I used the Happy Healing Textured Cardstock in Lemon to wrap my chipboard. I used double-sided tape to secure the cardstock in place. Next, I cut 10 pages for the inside of the album, each measuring 7.5" x 4". I also included some Silver Hearts acetate sheets to add a unique touch to ..read more

I'm not normally a layout girlie but when I say all the little band-aids in the Odds and Ends pack I knew what photo I needed to scrap! I used the On The Mend paper as my base and added two borders from the Plaid You're Better border sheet. I added a strip from the Cross My Heart paper at the bottom. I used the Doodlebug Skinny alpha stickers in Lily White for part of my title. I used this adorable big OUCH title from the Chit Chat pack and layered it with a couple of small Odds and Ends. I matted my photo using the Cross My Heart paper. I used the Ouch journaling card from the Spot o ..read more
