Observing the Belgrade 2024 WA Cross Country this year, it was obvious that European teams are reconsidering competing in the World event. This is an interview with Zach Panning, who took sixth place at the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials in Orlando, Florida, on February 3, 2024. Our training weeks begin on Monday. This is your daily training for Monday, April 22, 2024. This is week 7, day 1. You need an easy day after a race on Saturday and a long run on Sunday.
