Lamborghini has finally added PHEV tech to the one car in its lineup that was crying out for a plug-in conversion. The Urus SE combines a 612 hp (620 PS) twin-turbo V8 combustion motor with a 189 hp (192 PS / 141 kW) electric motor housed inside the eight-speed transmission.
That combination nets 789 hp (800 PS), making the SE the most powerful Urus available, and hurls the SUV to 62 mph (100 kmh) in 3.4 seconds, a tenth faster than the 657 hp (666 PS) Urus S. The Mini Aceman crossover combines a small footprint with greater practicality than the mechanically-related Cooper hatchback.
The model is exclusively available with electric power, producing either 181 hp (135 kW / 184 PS) or 215 hp (160 kW / 218 PS), with 40.7 kWh or 54.2 kWh battery packs respectively.
