I noticed this at least 2 years go. When roaming oversea, Pokemon Go will not finish loading. This is with the $10 tablet plan. Not sure if it matters. I am getting 256Kbps download speed. Several times now, over the period of the past few months, Ally Bank has rejected my TMo phone charge, even though previously they had accepted the autopay for a period of months. Calls to my bank have been useless, with agents basically saying it is TMo's fault for the way they submit the charges. I don't want to lose my autopay discounts on two different accounts paid for with this debit card. Hello, Unlocked Samsung S23 Ultra and S22 Plus. West Broward County, FL. Until about a month ago Ookla speed test was consistently in 350/400 down range. Last month 20/30 down range. Enable then disable Airplane Mode or do Network Reset run Ookla and back to 350/400 down range. A minute or two later run Ookla back to 20/30 down. T-Mobile troubleshooting advises it has to do with the server the phone is locked onto.
