The Delaware State House will consider legislation today (HB 281) that state retirees (organized as RISE) had been confident was the solution to their years-long fight to remove pending Medicare Advantage replacement healthcare insurance after they discovered that the state had stuck them with these plans, abandonning much of the priorly contracted coverage.
