Final questions - Spain/Portugal

Less than 2 weeks until our trip to Spain/Portugal! A few last minute questions I could use advice on. Visiting Madrid/Granada/Seville/Porto/Lisbon, 3 nights each except 2 nights in Granada. 4 of us traveling (Husband and kids 19/17).

1)I have dinner reservations or plans for all 3 evenings in Madrid, in the other cities I have 1-2 reservations and hoping to play it by ear the other nights. Think this is OK or are there other cities for which you recommend I get more reservations to avoid going hungry/long waits (which would mean fussy family)? I listed the reservations I do have below - if you have any comments they are welcome!

2)I have reservations for several museums/churches/palaces/etc in Spain. In Portugal I have tickets for our day trip to Duoro Valley from Porto and Pena Palace/Quinta Regaleira during day trip to Sintra from Lisbon, but other than that it looked like I could book most other entrance fees easily on site. Is there any other major attraction in Porto/Lisbon that you would recommend I reserve in advance to avoid long lines?

3)Our hotel in Madrid said to just get a taxi at the airport, thought I saw someplace that there are long waits and a car service is preferred. Any advice?

Madrid: Triciclo, Marina Ventura, early dinner at San Miguel market the first night
Granada: None yet
Seville: El Disparate, Casa del Tigre
Porto: Intrigo
Lisbon: Carmo, Cervejaria Ramiro

Thanks!
Cathy

If you are going into the castle in Lisbon, book ahead.

I tend not to book many restaurant reservations far in advance unless there is a place we really want to try. Sometimes I have asked our hotels to book places they recommend once we have figured out our daily schedules. In Spain, you will likely not have much trouble with long lines if you eat earlier in the evening as restaurants there get busier much later (after 9 pm.)
