Saturday Market in Arles

We plan to visit Arles on a Saturday in June. We will have a rental car and plan on arriving early (around 8am) and park in the Parking Des Lices (Du Centre). I have checked on Google and it seems that the entrance to that Parking Lot is on Rue E. Fassin and the exit on Blvd Des Lices.

I am wondering if the parking lot will be operating normally on market days (i.e. will there be difficulty exiting the car park upon leaving (since I have read that the Saturday market is ON Blvd Des Lices)? Would the car park normally be full on Saturdays at around 8am?

Some further questions if I may:
How does one pay for parking at the Des Lices Car Park? By cash or by card? Upon entry or upon exit?
Is there any time limit for parking?

Finally, would it be a good idea to arrive at 8am, go explore the city (Theater, Arena, see the easels, St Trophime, Espace van Gogh and maybe a museum etc) before going to the market? I am thinking if we did the sightseeing in that order, we could shop in the market and carry our purchases to the car (and thereafter go in search of a place to have a picnic).

Thank you!

You collect a ticket on the way in and pay at a machine before leaving, or maybe with the app mentioned in the first link.

Can't help with the rest, but clearly you can get out again even if there is a market.

We've visited well over 150 markets in France. We always get there as soon as they open to avoid the usual massive crowds.

Over the years we never had a problem finding parking for the market, no matter how late we arrived. The parking garage is convenient, but we usually wound up just poking around streets nearby and always garnered a spot (there are people leaving as well as arriving).
