Valparaiso - Been there lately?
We have been to Valparaiso twice in the past - both times pre-pandemic. I'm looking for information about what Valpo is like now - is it safe? is it vibrant?
I noticed that several restaurants we have enjoyed in the past are no longer in business. I also have seen a couple of posts about street crime (which could happen anywhere). I appreciate any feedback you can provide.
