LEATHERFACE Actress Dies at 30 After COVID-19 Complications

Texas Chainsaw Massacre sequel Leatherface and Doom: Annihilation star Lorina Kamburova died in Moscow at the age of 30 after suffering from bilateral pneumonia due to Covid-19.

According to a Russian newspaper called Gazeta, The Bulgarian actress’s lung problems came after a bout with Covid-19
Her most recent movie was a Russian comedy called Love and Monsters. The movie’s director, Ekaterina Krasner, revealed Kamburova’s passing on Facebook.
She writes: “Today in the hospital, after complications from viral pneumonia, Lorina Kamburova died in a Moscow hospital.”
Born in Varna in 1991, the Bulgarian was also part of a singing duo called Ross’ n Lorina.
Leatherface synopsis:
A violent teen and three others kidnap a young nurse while escaping from a Texas mental institution. Pursued by a vengeful sheriff, the disturbed young man embarks on a murderous rampage that shapes him into a legendary killer known as Leatherface.
The film sports a 30% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes. The Critics Consensus: Leatherface may wear the skin of a Texas Chainsaw Massacre prequel, but it proves gutless as an origin story and finds little invention in the horror tropes it’s cannibalizing.
